How do I get started?

complete this form and a representative will contact you.
How soon can I get started?
Once you have an account with ZirMed, we will schedule training and you can
begin entering eligibility inquiries immediately. Simply click on the
Eligibility tab and follow the instructions.
What
is the response time after I enter an inquiry?
Individual inquiries and swipe cards usually receive a response within 2-3
seconds. Batch Upload inquiries
may take slightly longer, but certainly always within a few minutes.
What information will I get back in the
response?
Responses vary from payer to payer, ranging from simply stating that the
patient is covered or not covered, to giving such detail as to tell you the
patient’s deductible and how much of that deductible has been met to date.
This direct data entry screen allows you to check the patient's eligibility. A response from the payer is returned within seconds.

For
your convenience, we offer three ways of checking eligibility:

Direct Data Entry (DDE)-
After entering the appropriate information, click “Submit Inquiry”, and a
response will be returned to you within seconds.

Batch Upload
- Upload a file containing information from your appointment scheduling system.
We will verify eligibility on all of your scheduled patients
in a matter of minutes. Using the batch upload, you can streamline your
eligibility verification process and make it faster, easier and more efficient.

Swipe Card
- Just swipe the patient’s card and a response will be returned to you within
seconds.
