Installation / Conversion

Providers tire of IT installations, upgrades and software maintenance. ZirMed’s ASP / internet based solutions mean there is no software to install and our services are always current. Payers are able to modify edits and formats merely by discussing them with ZirMed and do not affect the providers ability to do business. We utilize SSL encryption to ensure all data is secure and protected. If providers or payers prefer a more automated approach, encrypted files may be exchanged via FTP

No more paperwork!!!

ZirMed handles ALL enrollment paperwork. We obtain the provider numbers for each practice via either a state-specific grid sheet or a spreadsheet. Once we have provider numbers, we complete all paperwork required by each payer and send the information to the practice for signatures. Once the signed forms are returned, they are sent on to the payer and monitored until approved.

HIPAA Compliance

If you are unable to generate a HIPAA compliant format, let us take care of that for you! We take claims in a variety of formats, namely HCFA print image, tab file, fixed width, various nsf formats, as well as 837i, and 837p. Click here to view our companion guides. Regardless of the inbound format, we internally convert the transaction to be HIPAA compliant. This is then forwarded on to the payer according to their specifications.
