"The ZirMed product is very impressive. We use ZirMed for both claims transmittal
and statement printing. The way ZirMed identifies problem claims and presents
rejections in concise "plain English" instead
of pages of cryptic codes is a remarkable accomplishment and greatly reduces
the time required to handle claims. The few technical issues that have arisen
have been solved quickly and competently. The interface is easy to use and very
functional, with minimal training time. The ZirMed system handles batches of 3
claims or 300 claims equally well. We could not be more pleased with the
